Shull Sworn In As Kingsport’s Next Mayor

Kingsport has a new mayor this morning. Pat Shull, was sworn in as the Model City’s mayor during last night’s Board of Mayor and aldermen’s meeting. Shull resigned his Sullivan County Commission seat in June. Also sworn in were James Phillips and Darrell Duncan as new alderman as well as incumbent alderman Tommy Olterman.
