Johnson City Man Arrested After Allegedly Assaulting Female Victim

A Johnson City man is jailed and awaits arraignment today after being charged with Aggravated Domestic Assault. The arrest is due to an incident that occurred throughout the day at the victim’s resident on Indian Ridge Road. The investigation revealed 45 year old Tyler Riddell struck the female victim multiple times causing scrapes and bruises to the victim. Riddell also threw a large metal shelf at the victim hitting her in the back, requiring medical attention. Riddell was arrested at Tyler’s Welding and taken into custody. He is scheduled for arraignment this afternoon.
