Former East Tennessee Prison Officials Indicted

The Tennessee Department of Corrections says two former employees of Northeast Correctional Complex in Mountain City have been arrested and charged with official misconduct and tampering with evidence. Former Correctional Captain, Donnie Henson and former associate Warden Freddie Roark were indicted by a grand jury on tampering with evidence and official misconduct. Roark was fired in April for job abandonment and Henson has been placed on administrative leave pending termination
