Two people in Washington County Tennessee are to appear in court again Monday after recently being arrested when a man fired a weapon from a Fall Branch house…and responding deputies find methamphetamine inside the home near an eight month old child. 36 year old Brandon Poulter and 40 year old Sonia Raquel Francis of 627 Highway 93 were arrested after the deputy discovered several needles, one with a clear substance inside, along with a white powder were found on a dresser. The deputy also witnessed a hole in the window where the shot was fired. The eight month old infant was in the same bedroom. Both Poulter and Francis appeared to be under the influence.
