Unicoi County Man Seriously Injured In Early Monday Morning Motorcycle Crash

A Unicoi County man receives serious injuries in an early Monday morning motorcycle crash involving another vehicle and a residence the motorcycle crashed into. 68 year old Laddie Green of Flag Pond was seriously injured when he attempted to pass multiple vehicles and collided with a Dodge Caravan driven by 26 year old Benjamin Edwards of Jonesborough. Green’s 2012 Kawasaki motorcycle left the roadway and crashed into a residence at 1801 Jonesborough Road. Edwards and his three young passengers in the Dodge were not injured and no injuries other than Green’s were reported at the residence. Green is charged with Improper Passing.
