Bristol Doctor Receives Prestigious Award

A Bristol Tennessee Physician has been awarded with the Tennessee Medical Association’s Outstanding Physician Award. Ophthalmologist, Dr, Joseph Armstrong has practiced medicine for 35 years. Armstrong has donated free or reduced fee services to more than 35 hundred children throughout the past 20 years. The award is a lifetime achievement award for doctors who have made their own personal mark on the profession of medicine in Tennessee.
