Crooked Road’s Country Cabin gets $47K grant for improvements

A venue along Southwest Virginia’s musical Crooked Road Trail has received a $47,000 grant for needed improvements. The Country Cabin in Norton plans to upgrade its performance area with an enclosure project that will help keep crowds out of nasty weather. Those dollars come from a project that benefits former mining property that has been re-purposed for economic development.
