Driver Seat, Swap-A-Roo, Leads To Drug Arrests And Confiscation Of Marijuana

According to the Scott County Virginia Sheriff’s Office, erratic driving and the old driver seat, swap-a-roo leads to the arrest of two Wise County men and the confiscation of more than eight ounces of Marijuana. Deputies stopped and arrested Brandon Boggs, and Brian Perry, both of Pound Virginia for Possession of Marijuana with intent to resale. The two were stopped after crossing the center line multiple times on Highway 23. The passenger in the vehicle admitted to being the original driver before the stop. Deputies used K9 Apache, who alerted them to the Chevy Trailblazier and after a search, found the well hidden, illegal cargo in the battery compartment of the vehicle.
