New Science Technology Lab At DB Has Multi Purpose Use

Preparing kids for future jobs, thats one objective of a new 20 million dollar, 70 thousand square foot science and technology lab at Dobyns Bennett High School. The facility has a multi purpose approach to learning. Assistant Superintendent Andy True.

(:13)…It’s really built for a level of science inquiry and work beyond all that we currently have at Dobyns Bennett and also we know we are preparing kids for careers that haven’t even been invented yet.

The learning lab has 20 teaching spaces available for teachers that did not have their own teaching locations as well as the availability of conforming regular classroom space into a larger learning area for students and instructors.
