One And A Half Million Dollar Fundraising Campaign Kicks Off For Washington County United Way

A one and a half million dollar fundraising campaign is now underway in Washington County Tennessee. The United Way of Washington County is offering its own programming as well as its traditional support of organizations in the community. Christine Speer is with the United Way.

(:17)…its really just designed to bring more awareness to all the partnering agencies that we support and to encourage a community of giving. There’s so many needs throughout the community, we need ever body’s support, now more than ever to help make the community a better place for all of us.

The Washington County United Way serves 22 partnering agencies and the campaign will continue through December.
