Elizabethton Man Scheduled To Appear In Court On 30 Counts Of Child Pornography

An Elizabethton man accused of inappropriately touching a three year old boy and trying to take photos of an eight year girl as she got out of the shower is scheduled to appear in a Carter County courtroom Tuesday for a plea deadline hearing. According to court records, Richard Wayne York will be in court in connection to two separate cases that occurred in July of last year.
