Major Paving Project To Affect Traffic Along Bays Mountain Road

A paving and resurfacing project on Bays Mountain Road in Kingsport will be affecting traffic for the next two weeks. The work begins Thursday, August 15 and is marked by signs and flaggers will also be directing traffic. Drivers are asked to use extreme caution in the area and completion of the project is scheduled for Thursday August 29.
