Sullivan County Man Pleads Not Guilty Of Murdering His Wife In Dentist Office

A Sullivan County man accused of gunning down his wife at a Kingsport dentist office was in Criminal Court Monday morning and pleaded not guilty on all counts. Harry Weaver is accused of walking into Guy Dentistry in Colonial Heights back in February and shooting and killing his wife Kelly. Weaver, himself was shot and wounded by a bystander at the dentist office. Weaver is set to appear in court next on October 29.
