UPDATE: Carter County man arraigned on child sex charges

A Carter County, Tennessee man has been formally arraigned in Circuit Court on charges of sexually assaulting a juvenile.

Joshua Adam Hill is facing two counts of aggravated rape and one count of incest and sexual battery by an authority figure. Hill was arrested in May after the victim was questioned at a local hospital and evidence was collected from Hill’s home. His next court appearance is set for Dec. 3.
