VSP Launching Investigation Into Discovery of Body Beneath Bridge in Weber City, VA

State Police in Virginia have started an investigation following the discovery of human remains in Scott County, Virginia.

According to VSP, the agency was alerted to a discovered body near the Wadlow Bridge in Weber City just before 5 o’clock Sunday afternoon. The body has been taken to the Medical Examiner’s Office in Roanoke for an autopsy to be examined and identified.

The investigation is ongoing.
