Bristol, Virginia Police Investigating Threat Made to Virginia High School, Superintendent Says No Danger to Students
“Bristol, Virginia Police Department met with the student early this morning, and they have started an investigation. We do not believe our students are in any danger, but we will continue to have additional police presence at Virginia High School.”
That’s a quote from Dr. Keith Perrigan, Bristol, Virginia Public Schools Superintendent to Supertalk Tuesday morning, following a social media post he made post concerning a third party threat allegedly made by the student in question against Virginia High School. Perrigan mentioned that there was a very active police presence on school grounds this morning when students arrived, and officers will continue to patrol the area all day until school dismisses.
