InvestSWVA To Hold Briefing On Project Oasis…Data Center Recruitment Effort

Abandoned mine pool water is in abundance in southwest Virginia. And Tuesday a new regional economic development initiative comprising of all 13 counties and three cities in southwest Virginia presented a briefing on Project Oasis, which examines data center opportunities in the region. Some of those potential centers may be interested in locating to the area and mine pool water could be used to cool their facilities. Will Payne is with InvestSWVA
