Ballad Health has filed a letter of intent regarding the upgrade with the Virginia Department of Health and will soon be applying for a Certificate of Need. If approved Ballad will move the impatient rehab unit at Norton Community Hospital to an upgraded, dedicated space at Mountain View Regional Hospital. If approved work is expected to begin in 2020 and will be complete by 2021.
I am observed by a neurologist because cervical-thoracic osteochondrosis, I have a pinched cervical nerve periodically in the cold season or because of the wrong posture during sleep.
