Crews Extinguish 11 Acre Blaze in Greene Co. That Started From Trash Fire

Multiple agencies helped to extinguish a large fire that started from a trash burning in Greene County Saturday.

According to the Mosheim Volunteer Fire Department, a trash fire grew to around 11 acres as areas crews rapidly responded to try and put out the blaze. Two firefighters reportedly became trapped before escaping while battling the fire. Around 50 personnel from 13 different agencies responded to the call.
