Greeneville’s Hardin Industrial Complex Chosen as Select TN Certified Site

Four new sites have been added to the list of Select TN certified sites, including an industrial complex in Greeneville.

Tennessee Governor Bill Lee and Bob Rolfe, Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner, made the announcement Tuesday, which includes Hardin Industrial Complex, now in its second phase. The City of Greeneville has sponsored the certification for the site, which already has over 11 acres of land available for development and is zoned as a manufacturing warehouse district. The total acreage currently available on the property sits at 20.5 acres, with 140 additional acres available for expansion.

This is one of now six select TN certified sites available for business development in Northeast Tennessee. Sixty-one sites are now certified statewide.
