Health Wagon Organizers Breaking Ground On New Southwest Virginia Health Clinic

Southwest Virginia’s Health Wagon, the nations oldest mobile clinic and free clinic is announcing a groundbreaking Thursday for the new Sister Bernie Kenny with the order of Medical Missionaries of Mary Clinic in Clintwood. Named after Sister Bernie Kenny to honor her legacy and many years of service as the founder of the the Health Wagon. The need for the new clinic has been urgent and will provide desperately needed space and services including private examination rooms as well as a pharmacy. The new clinic will be built at 707 Happy Valley Drive in Clintwood. Grants and donations were used to help secure funding for the new clinic.
