SCSO in Competition seeking more funding for K9 unit

The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office is asking for votes as it competes for more funding for its K9 unit.

The office shared the news on Twitter and has a link available where individuals can vote every 24 hours. They are competing with other agencies across the southeast for the Aftermath K9 grant, which totals up to $16,500. In addition to the link shared on twitter, you can also vote online at aftermath.com.

Voting ends November 3rd.
