Pedestrian in critical condition following crash in Kingsport restaurant parking lot

A pedestrian was seriously injured after she was struck by a vehicle in a Kingsport restaurant parking lot Monday afternoon.

A police report said Brenda K. Quillen, 61, was walking in the lot of Texas Roadhouse when she was hit and then pinned underneath a pickup truck driven by Dannie H. Moody, 77. At last check, Quillen is listed in critical condition. The crash is still under investigation.
