Kingsport Man Accused Of Second Degree Murder Waives Preliminary Hearing

A Kingpsort man accused of murdering his wife earlier this month in Kingsport waived his preliminary hearing on Thursday. Tobias Carr is charged with second degree murder and tampering with evidence after police were notified for a welfare check due to alleged martial issues between Tobias and his wife Jennifer. Police found Jennifer deceased from what appears to be multiple stab wounds. Carr was appointed a pubic defender and will next appear in court on January 10th.
