UPDATE: Man wounded in officer-involved shooting in Greene County facing several charges
A man wounded in an officer-involved shooting in Greene County, Tennessee has been formally arraigned in Sessions Court.
Joshua Cook, 34, is facing evading arrest and tampering with evidence along with drug and weapons charges related to the Nov. 8 incident. Cook drove off from deputies, avoided spike strips during the chase and was then wounded by a policeman after officers surrounded his car.
The TBI is still trying to determine what happened prior to the shots being fired. Cook is due in court for another hearing on Nov. 22.
