Washington County Tennessee School Board Members To Form School Design Committee

Next week, Washington County Tennessee School Board members are expected to form a design committee for the construction of a new multi million dollar school in the state’s oldest town. Jonesborough, Washington County, and Johnson City leaders recently signed the agreement that finalizes the deal. The project includes all design work and site preparations in addition to the structure and athletic facilities is being constructed while, funding will be secured with bonds by the town of Jonesborough. The school board meets next Thursday at five pm at the Washington County School Board Office.
