UPDATE: Washington County, Tennessee murder suspect arraigned in court

A murder suspect captured after a brutal beating of a pregnant woman last month in Washington County, Tennessee has been arraigned in Sessions Court.

Dominique Fleming, 25, is facing an attempted first-degree murder charge and is charged with the death of the woman’s unborn child following the assault at a Johnson City trailer park. Fleming was later captured by US Marshals in Hawkins County. He is scheduled to return to court in February.
