VDH Seeks Community Health Survey Input

Bristol, Virginia residents are being asked to participate in a health survey to provide a snapshot of community health characteristics and help identify unmet needs..Following the survey, a Community Health Assessment team will draft a plan and timeline for addressing the community’s needs.
