Police: Greeneville woman allegedly drove away from crash, initiated pursuit
A Greeneville woman is facing several charges after police say she left the scene of an accident and caused a pursuit.
An officer was called to an accident on Carson Street Thursday, and according to a police report, a vehicle pulled in front of a home when the driver said suspect Latashia Hensley jumped in her white suburban, backed out of the driveway, drove through the yard of the home and left. Later on in the hour, a second report stated Hensley initiated a pursuit while under the influence, and was later arrested.
She faces several charges which include reckless endangerment, evading arrest, and driving under the influence.
