More Than One Hundred Thousand Dollars Granted For Washington County Tennessee Industrial Park

The Washington County Tennessee Industrial Park has received nearly one hundred thousand dollars in grant money to continuing funding economic development activities on 37 acres of recently purchased land. Governor Bill Lee is announcing the county will receive 94 thousand 500 dollars, matched by another 40 thousand 500 dollars from the Rural Economic Opportunity Act. The funds will be used to develop a master plan for the site. The grants help local communities like Washington County prepare sites for economic development projects.
