Police arrest Hawkins man after finding him underneath crawl space of house

A Hawkins County man is charged with aggravated criminal trespassing after police say they found him in a crawl space underneath a home.

A report from the Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office says they were called to a home in Rogersville in the early hours of December 13th, where a woman told deputies something was under the house and it was pushing on the drain pipe in her bathroom in addition to sounding like a person humming under the residence.

Upon a search of the crawl space, they located suspect Rickey Shane Davis. Police later determined Davis had an active warrant for violation of probation out of Hawkins County. He was arrested and taken to the Hawkins County Jail.
