Tennessee Highway Patrol welcomes newest trooper class
The Tennessee Highway Patrol has welcomed the newest class of troopers to serve the state.
The class of 37 cadets were welcomed during a ceremony in Nashville on Friday. This group of cadets includes 10 veterans, 13 who have bachelor degrees, and one who previously served as an EMT. Among the troopers assigned locally includes Savannah Grace Dugger and Gavin Thomas Ruff who will serve Washington County, Christopher Vaughn will serve Sullivan County, and John Tunnell will serve Hawkins County.
