Kingsport Police Looking For Missing Sixteen Year Old Boy

Kingsport Police are asking for your help in locating a missing teenage boy. 16 year old William Alfonso Napier was last seen by his guardian on December 24th. Napier is described as five feet eight inches tall and weighs 170 pounds with green eyes and blonde hair, but has been known to dye his hair different colors. Napier was last seen wearing a black windbreaker and beige sweatpants. Police do not expect foul play, but due to his minor age and other factors learned by officers during their investigation Napier has been placed on the NCIC database as missing and endangered.
