Greeneville PD K9 “Kid” gets body army from Massachusetts non-profit
A Greeneville Police Department K9 is now equipped with body army.
The Greeneville Police Department has announced K9 Kid recently received a bullet and stab protective vest through a donation from non-profit Vested Interest in K9s Inc., which was sponsored by the Women’s Club of Rock Springs. Vested Interest, the Massachusetts organization, has helped to assist dogs of law enforcement with body armor for over a decade.
Each vest has a five year warranty and a value between $1,700-$2,300, the department mentioned in their social media post.
