Mouth to mouth: USP Lee inmate accused of obtaining drugs through kiss
An inmate at a US penitentiary in Lee County, Virginia is entering into a plea agreement with federal prosecutors who accused the convict of obtaining drug contraband by kissing his girlfriend.
Court documents said Tylan Lucas was passed a packet containing suboxone and heroin when he kissed Shauntae Crummer in a visitation room in October. Crummer has already pleaded guilty and is scheduled for sentencing in March. Lucas will appear before a judge in US District Court in Abingdon this week.
