Police seeking identity on alleged robbery suspect in Morristown
Morristown Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect accused in an armed robbery over the weekend at Papa John’s.
According to a news release, the suspect is described as a white male between his mid 20s and early 30s and clean shaved, standing six feet tall weighing around 200 pounds. Police say he robbed Papa Johns on West Andrew Johnson Highway Sunday morning before fleeing on foot. He was wearing a black zip-up jacket, blue jeans and a black cap, however, authorities believe he then went to McDonalds and changed clothes in the bathroom, leaving the store wearing a gray sweatshirt and blue jeans.
