Tennessee Governor Signs Order Establishing Paid Family Leave For State Employees

Tennessee Governor Bill Lee announced Tuesday state employees will now be provided with paid family leave. The Governor signed an executive order directing the Tennessee Department of Human Resources to issue the new policy effective March 1. The governor said in a press release the order is an impactful investment in the state workforce and will allow Tennessee to continue to attract and retain the best workforce possible.
