Road Rage Incident In Kingsport Leads To One Arrest

A road rage incident in Kingpsort involving two drivers who reached speeds of 90 miles per hour leads to the arrest of one person. The incident occurred at mile marker one on Interstate 26 westbound when 43 year old Eugene Keller accidentally cut off a white Buick driven by 63 year old Edward Burns. Burns began to follow Keller closely and Keller reached speeds of approximately 90 miles per hour while trying to evade Burns. Burns then struck Keller’s Vehicle several times before Keller pulled over and retrieved his personal defense pistol and called Kingpsort Police. A rear facing video camera on Keller’s vehicle captured the incident and Burns was arrested on two counts of Felony Reckless Endangerment and transported to the Kingsport Jail.
