Kingsport Police Looking For Suspect Who Exposed Himself On Three Separate Occasions

Kingsport Police are searching for a middle aged, white male, who’s accused of indecent exposure during three separate occasions on the same day and at the same general location. Police are searching for a heavy set, male, with dark hair, driving a gray colored Kia Soul. Three separate incidents were reported in the parking lot outside of Michael’s and Target on East Stone Drive in Kingsort. The witnesses told police they noticed the man looking at his phone, while parked in his vehicle. When the witnesses exited their vehicle they each noticed the male was exposing himself. Police were searching video surveillance footage of the incident but they store’s cameras were not focused in the area where the reports occurred.
