Homegoods To Join Dynamic Tenant Lineup At Former Sears Building At The Mall

The former Sears store at The Mall in Johnson City will be transformed into a new furniture and home accents store. The news came Wednesday in a Press Release from Washington Prime Group, Inc, a retail development company. HomeGoods, specializing in furniture and home accents will open its first location in the Tri Cities in the former Sears building. In addition, several new tenant openings are also expected to take place following the demolition and redevelopment at The Mall. Completion is expected by the fall of 2021.
