One Injured, Kingsport Business Demolished After Driver Slams Car Into Establishment

A man is injured and a Kingsport business is destroyed after the car he was operating crashes into the establishment. The accident happened around two oclock Saturday morning at 901 East Center Street. Kingsport Police tells us the man was driving westbound on East Center Street when, for unknown reasons, crossed the center line, traveled across two lanes of traffic and then slammed into the State Farm Insurance Agency building. Police tell us the man was transported to a local hospital. The crash is being investigated by Kingsport Police.
