Three Charged With Aggravated Burglary, After Stealing Man’s Car In Kingsport

Kingsport Police have arrested three individuals after they stole a man’s car. A press release from the police department says officers arrived at Allandale Mansion early Saturday morning and met with Blakely Marsh who said he and another female had agreed to meet at the Mansion. Marsh exited his vehicle to use the bathroom, when a man walked up to him, got in his car and when Marsh confronted him, the man cut him with a knife and left with his Kia automobile.. Marsh ran from the scene. Authorities then located the car and its driver, identified as Marah Campbell. Marsh was brought to the traffic stop and identified Deseray Murray, the man identified as Cody Byrd. Byrd is charged with aggravated assault, conspiracy and aggravated burglary. Murray and Campbell are both charged with aggravated burglary as well as conspiracy.
