Second juvenile missing out of Kingsport located, two others remain missing

The second of four missing juveniles out of Kingsport has been located.

According to a Monday update from the Kingsport Police Department, officials located 14-year old Rain “Knowledge” Hall.

Two juveniles remain missing, which include 16-year old Joshua Erdely, last seen November 21st of last year, and 14-year old Steven McGovern, last seen on January 30th.

Erdely is described as 5’1″ inches tall, weighing 100 pounds with blondish hair and brown eyes. McGovern is described as 5’8″ inches tall, weighing 145 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.
