An inmate at Wise County’s Red Onion Supermax State Prison, serving a life sentence for murder in 2007, has been given an additional six years on top of that after being convicted of sending threatening letters to a pair of judges. 41 year old Mitchell Norbert Nicholas was convicted of murder in 2007. While incarcerated, Nicholas mailed two letters to two judges in the case indicating he was planning to kill them both.
