Marijuana Bill Continues Moving Through Committees In Tennessee Legislature

A House Bill in the Tennessee Legislature that would decriminalize the possession of small amounts of pot continues to move its way through committees and is scheduled for consideration next week. House Bill 1610 would grant counties the authority to hold referendums regarding the growth, manufacture, delivery and retail sale of marijuana. A similar bill has also been introduced in the Senate.
