Greeneville judge a candidate finalist for Tennessee Court of Appeals vacancy

A judge from Northeast Tennessee is one of three finalists chosen to fill a vacancy on the Tennessee Court of Appeals.

The state Governor’s Council has selected Third District Circuit Judge Thomas Wright of Greeneville as a candidate along with Chancellor Jerri Bryant of Athens and Judge Kristi Davis of Knoxville. The vacancy was created by the retirement of current Appeals Court Judge Charles Susano who is scheduled to leave the bench on April 30.
