UVA Wise Moving Classes To Online In Response To Coronavirus Outbreaks In Virginia
The University of Virginia’s College at Wise is following the lead of the University’s main campus in Charlottesville to move all classes online for the rest of the semester due to outbreaks of COVID-19 Virus. The University of Virginia made the announcement on Wednesday and UVA Wise officials tell us in a press release faculty at the College of Wise will be given a week to prepare their courses for online delivery and any assistance they might need to make the switch to online instruction before courses go completely online on March 23. The Chancellor of UVA Wise says the college will review the situation on April 5.
