Bristol, Tennessee To Unveil Preliminary Historic Design Guidelines
Preliminary design guidelines that could impact future preservation projects within Bristol, Tennessee’s three historic districts will soon be presented to the community. A Nashville consultant will present the guidelines on March 31. The public will then be invited to provide feedback that can be incorporated into a final version of design guidelines. The guidelines project is being supported impart by the Historic Preservation Fund and if adopted will direct preservation projects in the city;s Downtown, Fairmont, and Holston Avenue historic districts.
