Community lead memorial service for Evelyn Boswell scheduled for tonight in Kingsport

A community lead memorial service for 15-month old Evelyn Boswell is scheduled for tonight in Kingsport.

The event is taking place this evening at Model City Event Center and Pastor Johnathan Lovelace will serve as guest speaker. A balloon release will follow the service, and Nik Nak Dogs will serve $2 hot dogs and donations will go to charity.
