Johnson And Unicoi County Schools Closing Tuesday

School officials in Johnson and Unicoi Counties are announcing both school systems will be shutting down beginning Tuesday. Johnson County will close till April 14 and Unicoi will be closed till April 13. Both school systems are working on plans to feed those students who receive breakfast and lunch from the school systems. A reassessment of when and how the two systems will resume classes will be discussed and announced later at a time closer to when each school will reopen.
